What Specialty Stores Get Out of the "Instant Order" Service
eurorad’s Instant Order service offers a fast, simple, and cost-effective way for companies with fewer than 150 employees to make the most of the company bike leasing program and enjoy its many benefits. For companies with fewer than 150 employees, we’ve developed this straightforward process so that employees, in particular, can get on their new company bike quickly and easily. Companies can apply for the lease immediately, and employees can simply choose the bike or e-bike they want from their preferred specialty retailer.
An “instant order” is what is known as a manual individual lease agreement, which was previously created through the AGL Partner Portal operated by AGL Activ Services GmbH. Effective immediately, we are offering a digital method for creating an instant order using a token. For specialty retailers, this simply means that the process is streamlined for both the company and its employees.
Process flow
With the "Instant Order" feature, we at eurorad want to make company bike leasing even easier. Companies inform their employees about the eurorad company bike leasing option; employees then register and visit the specialty retailer of their choice to receive expert advice.
Any bike can become a company bike
This is where dreams can come true: employees can lease their dream bike through their company, while specialty retailers still receive the full purchase price from the leasing provider. The leasing portal handles all other aspects of the contract. For specialty retailers, the only thing that matters now is that AGL approves the reviewed leasing contract and notifies both the employees and the specialty retailer itself. Now the pickup date can be scheduled! Using a handover token, the specialty store confirms the pickup of the company bike and activates the lease application. Once the token is submitted, the specialty store receives an automatic credit from AGL for the total sales price.
Insurance
With the instant order, companies can choose between different insurance packages for their employees. The insurance package is an integral part of the total leasing rate and is determined by the employer. With the Premium insurance plan, all wear-and-tear parts are covered without any cap or deductible starting on day 1. The bicycle shop can bill for repair costs at the regular hourly rate as usual, thereby generating revenue. Furthermore, a regular UVV inspection (Accident Prevention Regulation) is included, which can also be billed. We at eurorad rely on specialty bike shops. Our promise is to never exclude them. The purchase of the bicycle, as well as the repair service included in the insurance, is always handled through the specialty bike shop.
