You even save on ancillary wage costs (social security contributions) because the gross salary is reduced. You can use these savings to contribute to insurance costs without incurring any additional costs.

For tax reasons, we recommend a minimum employer subsidy of €3.33 per month per company bike. This amount covers the annual UVV safety checks and ensures that the economic attribution of the leased bike lies with you as the employer.

Your advantages through the subsidy:

As the lessee, you are responsible for fulfilling the contract—even if employees leave the company. However, eurorad offers you 100% recourse security: in the event of termination, illness, or other absences, you will not incur any additional payments or costs.

If the company pays the leasing rates or insurance premiums, these are considered operating expenses and are tax deductible. Companies eligible for input tax deduction can also deduct the sales tax from the leasing rates, making the company bike even more affordable for employees.

With eurorad, you have 100% recourse protection—you are never liable for damage, theft, or accidents. All risks are borne by eurorad. With many other providers, as the lessee, you are generally liable, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of the employee.

Here, eurorad offers comprehensive coverage: contracts can be terminated free of charge in the event of termination, prolonged illness, parental leave, death, and even a sabbatical of up to 12 months.
