Three days, countless encounters, and plenty of energy: ZP Europe
From September 15 to 17, 2026, eurorad had its own booth at Zukunft Personal Europe in Cologne. Europe’s leading trade show for HR and the future of work was the ideal venue for us to showcase how company bike leasing inspires employees and makes employers more attractive.
In this recap, we’ll take you on a tour of our booth: to the Mach Watt Station, to our buzzer contest with an isy e-bike as the grand prize, and to the many conversations that will stay with us for a long time to come.
The Mach Watt Station: Energy You Can Touch
The centerpiece of our booth was the Mach Watt Station. Here, visitors could hop on, start pedaling, and experience firsthand just how much power a bicycle can generate. Whether it was a quick sprint between two presentations or an ambitious performance test among colleagues—the station drew visitors from all the halls.
But it was about more than just fun: The Mach Watt Station embodies exactly what a company bike brings to everyday work life—more exercise, greater well-being, and an active start to the workday. Especially for HR professionals focused on corporate health, this provided a tangible starting point for conversation.
Press the buzzer, win an e-bike
Our buzzer contest added an extra dose of excitement. One press of the buzzer—and you were in the running for our grand prize: an isy e-bike. Compact, agile, and perfect for the commute to the office, a trip into town, or your next appointment.
Everyone was really excited, and quite a few people stopped by several times to try their luck. We’d like to thank everyone who participated and extend our warmest congratulations to the winner. Enjoy your new e-bike, and have a safe ride!
What moved us the most: the conversations
For us, the best part of ZP Europe was the many interesting conversations we had. HR leaders, executives, benefits managers, and industry colleagues stopped by our booth—with a wide variety of questions and ideas.
Time and again, the discussion centered on how to easily implement a company bike program, how to keep administrative processes streamlined through our company bike portal, and how companies can gain a competitive edge in the race for skilled workers by offering an attractive employee benefit. Topics such as sustainability, workplace health promotion, and modern mobility concepts were also high on the agenda.
Many of these conversations have given us new ideas—and we are already following up on some of them.
Our conclusion: Thank you, Cologne!
ZP Europe 2026 was a complete success for us. We demonstrated that company bike leasing is much more than just a benefit on paper—it’s a genuine contribution to health, satisfaction, and sustainability within the company.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited us at our booth, worked up a sweat at the Mach Watt Station, pressed the buzzer, or simply stopped by to chat with us. A big thank you also goes to our trade show team, who gave it their all for three days straight.
Were you unable to meet with us in Cologne, or would you like to continue our conversation? If so, please feel free to contact us—we’ll show you how easy it is to set up a company bike leasing program with eurorad for your business. We’re already looking forward to the next ZP Europe!
